Dionissi Aliprantis biography in PDF.

Dionissi Aliprantis is an assistant vice president and a senior research economist in the Research Department at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland. He directs the Bank’s Program on Economic Inclusion and is responsible for determining its strategy, analysis, and outreach efforts. He leads a team of economists, analysts, and outreach professionals in the Bank’s Research and Community Development Departments that works to better understand the barriers to economic inclusion and racial equity, identify potential solutions to overcome those barriers, and communicate insights on the policy choices that can create an economy in which all people can fully participate.

As a senior research economist, he conducts research. His primary research interests include applied econometrics, labor and urban economics, and education. His current work investigates neighborhood effects on education, racial inequality, and labor market outcomes.
