Prof. Weber-Wulff routinely tests plagiarism detection systems. Her recommendation: "Only use these systems when suspicions of plagiarism arise that cannot be found with 3-5 words in a search machine. The focus should be on teaching students about plagiarism and how to avoid it instead of investing time in using software ..."

You may try phrase searching for a unique phrase in a favorite search engine.

Google -- put the phrase in quotes ("  ")

Yahoo -- put the phrase in quotes ("  ")

The phrase you are searching may be highlighted and easily found. If it is not highlighted, use the "Find in Page" function of the browser to go to the point where the phrase appears.
