2-1-1 is an easy to remember phone number that connects individuals with resources in the community. 2-1-1 provides individuals with information about and referrals to human services for every day needs and can also help them in crisis situations. 2-1-1 is a central number to call when individuals and families need services, or when they want to make a meaningful contribution of time or goods.

The Legal Aid Society of Cleveland represents individuals and groups to help low-income tenants secure and retain decent, affordable housing; preserve and increase the supply of decent, affordable housing for low-income tenants; and, enforce, preserve and expand the rights of low-income tenants.

Ohio Legal Help provides plain language legal help information, interactive self-help tools and connections to local legal and community resources that can help people resolve their legal issues. The Housing section has information on security deposits, landlords, utilities, evictions, repairs, foreclosure, subsidized housing and mobile homes.
