- March 28, 2025 -- Sierra ILS Technical Freeze. No updates/deletions/additions to bib, item, order, and course reserve records
- March 31 - April 25, 2025 -- Innovative extracting Sierra data
- May 2, 2025 -- Stop all activities & training on Alma and Primo VE PROD
- May 23, 2025 -- INN-Reach (p-circ) Freeze. Includes Visiting Patron, Pickup Anywhere and SearchOhio
- May 26, 2025 -- Sierra Fulfillment Freeze. Use Offline circulation. ILS OPAC read-only
- May 28, 2025 -- Delivery of Alma production with Cutover data
- May 31 - June 8, 2025 -- Alma data cleanup, except Patrons and Fulfillment
- June 5-6, 2025 -- Load and verify offline circulation transactions
- June 9, 2025 -- Final Go-Live Processes Run/Enabled [EXL]
- June 11, 2025 -- Go Live with Rapido
- Q3 or Q4, 2025 -- SearchOhio lending will resume
