Session Description:

Who we see thriving in our communities teaches us how we see ourselves and how we think about our unique talents and value. Join community panelists for an honest conversation on race, gender, diversity, and the importance of authentic representation. Panelist will highlight their thoughts on the current shifts in our society around race and gender and how we tell our stories during a period of systematic change. The conversation will also highlight ways individuals can build more equitable and stronger communities from their individual point of presence and power.
