Lorain County Community College’s Commodore Conversations was established to continuously uplift our Culture of Care, reaffirm and emphasize our foundational value of equity for all in all that we do as outlined in Vision 2025. This day of dialogue offers opportunities to listen, learn, and inspire action.
At the 3rd annual conference, we will engage students, leadership, faculty and staff in a facilitated and meaningful conversation on the Unintended Consequences of the Widening Gender Gap. Elements will include: break-out sessions, panels, interactive activities and the student voice.
